At Texas Tech: We work with students with Celiac disease on an individual basis. We are working on identifying our menu items that are GF to help students identify products that are safe for their consumption, without having to ask for a manager. We are also constantly searching for products that are GF to increase the amount of items that are available for students in our traditional dining halls, food courts, and convenience stores.
